This FREE Virtual 4 week series will include breath work, meditation, mindfulness, and movement. This course is age and disability inclusive and open to all levels of experience. Let's clean the cobwebs out of your mind, body, and heart, leaving you feeling refreshed with new tools and a mindset that will help you show up as your best self. In this class, you will flush out old thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that you have no more use for. This class is offered remotely. Come to one class or all of them. Leave feeling refreshed with new tools and a mindset that will help you show up as your best self. Wear comfortable clothes, have water handy, and have a space you can move freely in. Questions?
